I have been listening to this on the days when work is overwhelming and my attention is needed in 100 directions. Also on the days when work is long and then have to be daddy to my son and play like I am not already tired or wore out. I love listening to these in my prayer closet as well on days when praying is just too much and I need to feed. I feed on this.
