It's like:
Eclipsa doesn't sees it as clear as Globgor sees. She'd love to be with him, but is she ready to face the consecuences? She owns the whole kingdom and asks herself everyday "Why can't I do what I want to?", and the answer is easy: she's a queen, supposed to be quiet and calm and silent, but she's nothing of these things. Finally, she looks in her life and in her past, and understands that she's wrong and NEEDS to be happy, which means to be whit Globgor, althought her hands are tied. Love is stronger, and it's something she knows really well ❤.
