The outratious fanon that goes on and Genshin is well aware of it. I thought people were joking when they talked about Hu Tao regularly kidnapping Qiqi. So the fact that Qiqi made reference to an adeptis that was a goat and there is a literal adeptis goat as a playable character just proves that Genshin is well aware of the thirst players would have for Ganyu and her nickname as the cocogoat.

bubu pharmacy operates by treating the poor for free or in a resonable amount but charge the wealthy a good sum.
It's incense used to send off Adepti. It's probably made of things that were considered top-grade when it was first made, and are considered legendary now. Baizhu probably only has it, because he needed it for his research.
"I hastily agreed to what appeared to be an equitable agreement with this zombie child..." I will be amazed if I can ever use this in a real sentence.
To be honest, japanese voice over language fits the characters much more better, but english isn't that bad either. For example, english voice over has something JP voiceover don't, and that is Zhongli's daddy voice

Yes, the twins are seriously ancient. The lowest estimate is that they're natives of Teyvat, but left it before the Archon War, which makes them 4000+ years old.

I shutter to think of the repercussions to our Traveler's coin purse, or worse all the grinding needed to replenish going Negative -2.5 million mora.. as a result of this absurd transaction. Seriously those incense are ridiculously expensive! I think a pound of Gold might cost less.

A max-level adventurer can earn slightly more than 0.5 million mora per day, if spending all resin on mora farming. Even Dori's prices are theoretically payable.
But I, and most other players, would not be at max world level when playing that quest, making the price much more intimidating.
Fortunately, Genshin Impact almost never makes the Traveler pay out of his/her own pocket for quests. I think the only exception is when we hired Dainsleif's help for, like, 100 mora.
