Hello, I tried to reset the ruckus since the access points are not even showing the power light. After the reset the Port status mode selection button and LEDs lights keeps flashing amber, for over 4 hours by now. I connected Port C to my Mac and run the command to access the IP and keep getting "Request timeout for icmp_seq 1" ... any suggestions?
So, it means it’s radio is not broadcasting, maybe you need to do it manually! About connecting to it, if you cannot do it, check with Ruckus support to see if you can connect to via serial connection.
I cant do a CLI as mine is stuck in “building unleashed network” and it will be like that for hours. Whenever i try to ssh to the ap’s IP address it will say its unable to negotiate
I’d say try to use the reset button by inserting a toothpick or something like this, it should work, unless I’m not sure. Maybe you need to open ticket with ruckus or ask the question in a Ruckus public q&a forum.
If you're asking about what I've mentioned above, simply by clicking on it you can enable and disable it. But you should use your browser instead of ssh.
