During the Up Stretch, after you come to the long spine position, do you have any tips for when to bring your shoulders back over your wrists? I always feel like I'm going to topple over the front of the foot bar, so I hesitate to let the carriage close all the way. What muscles can I engage to make me feel stable and not fall over the foot bar?
