I really tried twice to crochet this doily and I and neither my mom who's is 74 years old who have been doing those things since she was 5 years old girl, who also tried and looked how you did, don't know why it became completely wrong when I have right yarn in right size to my hook. It started in round 6 or 7, and gave a feeling to it became to many worms or what you call it in English. And you longer I continue, more worse it got. Made me really sad because I truly wanted to make this doily and I'm not a beginner, have been crocheting since over 18 years.
