Hi Chef, this is an awesome channel you have. I came upon this as it was part of an assignment for my personal chef class and I'm so glad I did! As a culinary student do you think I can go straight into the personal chef industry without restaurant experience? I've gotten through a lot of cooking classes and I've done well and although I know cooking in real time is much different what would you recommend for a complete newbie. Should I shadow someone first? I also happen to live in SoCal (OC) so I'll be willing to shadow/ work for you if that's possible. Thanks for sharing!
