The replacement motor is type EG-530AD. They are fairly widely available in the usual places (ebay, aliexpress etc) with prices between £1-£15. Mainly depending on how quickly you want one :-)
The Cassette deck brings back memories for me too, had the same one back in the 80's, always thought it was a nice looking bit of kit.
