Yes, it can't be inferred. It is not mentioned in the statement that there are anti-dowry laws. It can be an assumption but can't be a conclusion.

निष्कर्ष मतलब गारंटी जो सच हो 100%।
20:54 - जब कथन मेे बेहतर की बात कर ही नही रहे तो हमे बेहतरी करनी ही क्यों है?
बिल्कुल वैसे ही जैसे आपने 6:54 मेे बताया है।
40:40 - केवल 3th मंजिल के ऊपर वाली मंजिल पर ही लिफ्ट है।
यानी किसी इमारत में यदि 5 मंजिल है तो सिर्फ 4th & 5th मंजिल पर ही लिफ्ट होंगे। 🙄

It has been mentioned that building having more than 3 floors have lift. But there is no mention about where the lift is placed (In the 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th floor).
Now according to the conclusion B,
If a person wants to go to 4th floor he will have to walk up the 4th floor through the stairs because the lift is above the 3rd floor. So what's the point of having a lift. This is incorrect.

In second conclusion it is given that you should *always* have some solution to escape the problems which makes it wrong

In 12th question, I feel like option b is also wrong because it is only mentioned that building having more than 3 floors have lifts. It doesn't necessarily mean that such a building has aplift for floors above 3 only..
