We live in the Celina area with Prosper schools. Absolutely love it here. There’s tons of commercial development happening here too. Great video. You nailed it with the ratings of each suburb/town.
Ahh Yes! Anna and Melissa are both really great! Melissa ISD is ranked a little higher than Anna. Both are developing areas with lots of New Construction Options as well as some lots of land available for buyers looking for some acreage. I would probably rank both as "S" - Up and Coming Areas
