It’s common to add lemon juice after about 15 minutes and leave it for another few minutes, then wash it. Leaving for too long will sort of cook it because of the acidity

One of my favourite Chinese dishes. Thank you very much Henry, you always cook amazing dishes. Just one little tip, baking soda is a good tenderiser but Soda Water is even better. 👍
This looks good and also GLUTEN free (not sure about the black bean sauce you used, but I got some the other day and that one is). I just need to go buy some beef now. I used my last one for Black bean stirfry funny enough. But It was a different recipe I found. This one looks perfect
@@HenrysHowTos Well, guess what's just gone to the top of the favorite list 🙂. The local supermarket didn't have black bean sauce, so I used sweet chilly sauce as it's what I had. Also added mushrooms. But WOW! 👍. Fantastic concoction. Looking forward to the nest one 😄! Cheers Pete' New Zealand.
