Nobody gonna talk about how Kelsey went 2-3 wheels off behind foley on initiation and covered the track in dirt? IMO, that caused foley to spin in front of Kelsey. Looked like a lot of dirt on the track, but yet no one mentioned that whatsoever. 28:33
I was exactly thinking the same. Kelsey's mistake caused foley spin due to dirt on track
100%, I would have put the fault on Kelsey, it's obvious the dirt made the rear of the BMW lose grip and spin.

Foley got robbed. Because Kelsy was off course, she shot dirt and killed Foley's grip on the way back.
It's only robbed if there was a rule against that and it could be proven that caused the spin. Impossible.
There's no rules regarding this issue so it's up to the driver skills to save himself. If Foley put less angle on the exit, he probably won't spin on the finish line.
@@formuladrift Very possible. From the overhead replay, you can see his car rotation accelerates erratically as he hits the dirt patch.
@@Menn0knight That’s an inference not a proof, like here is the tire debeading. If you want to allow for inferences in those cases, you are leaving something in the judges hands that you probably don’t want and secondly we already do not have that for oil down because the moment you step on course you accept dirt, debris, oil, tire are going to be part of the job and sometimes your lucky and sometimes you’re not. “His bumper flew off, it distracted me to driving off course” Oh, it did? That where that goes.
