- I overreacted so hard about that damn cord but I was totally caught off guard 😭😭 like the world is not ending Natalie 😭 but anyways I love my new phone I mean it's pink....whats not to love...? but also its exactly the same as my iPhone 12! So if you're feeling like you want an upgrade and you have an 11 or higher....don't! It's just not necessary. These phones are doing the most to get you to buy a new phone! Consumerism af!

Also it's not just some random proprietary port. It's USB C which almost everything uses now, including every Apple product and Androids.

they changed it because the european union kind of forced them. all android devices have the same charging port and you can do more things with your iphone now if you wanna use it professionally

Apple have used usb c for a long while, i for one are pleased the the EU made them change the iphone to usb c. My MacBook pro and ipad are usb c and the majority of devices also use usb c

I was FLABBERGASTED
a multitude of reasons for changing the charger mainly for charging reasons
I’m pretty sure they put the cameras diagonal to fit the camera sensors and I have the iPhone 12 which does have a glass glossy side and the iPhone 15 is titanium while the iPhone 12 is a glossy finish and they iPhone 5,6,7 I believe had titanium so I’m pretty sure they’re making titanium again… disclaimer I’m not a professional with anything but I just like to research tech stuff😂
USB-C FTW ;) In Germany newer devices often got USB-C so no trouble here :D

@@Nattylouasmr USB-C is the more common cable. Basically everything *except* for Apple products use USB-C. They had to change cable because EU law straight up dictated they do, because it's the standard.

I like the change cus now i can charge with any android charger, it is more convenient. Initially it sucks but it is better overall.
I don't mind it anymore now that I've had it for a while...I dont know anyone with an android so it poses it's challenges sometimes but I'm still so glad I upgraded!

It’s great! But it’s also super similar to the 12 I had before it. I had an XR before the 12 and I think the XR and 12 were a bit different so I think u would definitely feel a difference if u got the 15 but it’s not a CRAZY difference especially if ur paying a significantly higher amount if u we’re to upgrade! I will say the extra storage that it comes with just as the default is AMAZING and if u have storage options I would say upgrade for sure!! I hope that helps 🤗

Don't be mad at the USB port change, a lot of iPhone users were used to the lightning port but every other phone brand already had USB-C since like 2017, it's faster, better, more compatible with other devices

Apple switching to USB-C charger is a really good thing. When all smartphones use the same charger it’ll cut down on electronic waste. Look it up. Also you will be able to use other people’s chargers. Most people have a USB-C 🤣
