@@Badboygamingfordads You seem to be a newer music reactor. Which RUclips is flooded with. As an audience member. Some advice for you to be sucessful. Keep it genuine. There are so many reactor channels out there now, and most are predictable and follow trends. You could watch 10 reactions from, 10 different RUclipsrs, and they all follow the same pattern. Don't do that. Good luck brother!

When I do these reactions, it's literally my 1st time watching and I don't know what to expect. I stumbled here, but I caught myself and kept it moving. As someone who has been listening to NF since this album, there are only three songs that I think are... Not good. They aren't bad though. Just not... Good. Probably because they just aren't my flavor, because they still seem popular. The ones I don't like are pop songs, since NF can sing. There are a couple of other songs that are okay, but are still good. I usually get smoke for saying this in comments, but it is what it is. Also, you're probably going to find yourself saying, this is my favorite on just about every song. Most people do. It's normal. 😁
I think the "you must be black to rap" thing is only an issue here in the US. In other parts of the world rappers are rappers. Only here are there Gate Keepers of an incredible craft more people should be involved in. Just my opinion and not tellin' anyone else they are wrong if they do not agree.
Think about that tape thought you had earlier. Think about what he is. 1) white. White rappers are gonnna have to prove themselves more and will always be compared to other white rappers rather their own merits 2) he raps clean. Many rappers use profanity in their music so it is the norm, and those that are clean its kinda gimmiky so to rap clean and actully say something hard can be hard to process. 3) he is christian. Yeah he is christian but isnt a christian rapper and he has worked hard to keep from being labeled as such. All of that could be a threat to mainstream artists in the genre. Him breaking through that tape is his way of breaking through the things and people ib the industry that would hold him back. Also he is breaking through his own barriers he puts up to keep the world out. Got to be honest your the first reactor to catch that one good job
I am starting your journey so I can re-live mine with you. May I suggest something to you? It is going to sound weird but keep an open mind. You should check out BTS, the Korean group. NF helped me and so did they. The community is also great. People are surprised when they listen to them. Just listen to a few songs then check out their guide. Their story of struggle is amazing.
Love when people freshly discover NF. You don't even have to like hip-hop to appreciate his artistry and lyricism. REAL
