Would you fall for a scam like this?

lol hell no, but that’s only cause I’m in majoring in cybersecurity, I wouldn’t be surprised is people could fall for it tho. Most people think they’re secure in the Interwebs, so seeing a password and an email would spook them

I almost did while I was still in highschool (and not a cybersecurity major as I am today).
With a picture of my house and one of my password I would have freaked out for sure ! At the same time I wouldn't have had the money to pay a 1000$ so I would just have a panick attack I guess 😅😂

Besides you missed that sweet detail that the scammer claims he installed the spyware in a app. It is not just having a poor grammar, but apps are the spyware, I doubt you can install an app into an app.

The scammer may have mean't that one of his apps was a Trojan horse? Not too sure what the scammer was on about there 🤣
