Hi Mike, tested the PC version with cheat engine and my feeling is, the higher your level, the bigger your chance getting legendaries. Got golden cartpacks with a legend AND at least one epic after level 50.
Mike the DeAndre Jordan card is really nice. Great rebounding, blocks, shooting, and dunks. Also the Pippen card is nice af, he still gets blocks if you position him right. His steal is overpowered combined with his shooting.
