    Dairy milk makes my stomach hurt really bad and causes several bathroom trips.🤷🏾

      I haven’t been able to have dairy for about 8 years now, it has made a huge difference in my stomach still have alot of issues though I’m trying to figure out

    This was a great workout session
    But pushing milk again I’ve seen this before. I’m not a baby calf so I’m not drinking milk.
