    Citroen is a classic case of "1st impression is the last impression"
    They thought of India as a substandard market & gave it their half hearted attempt..
    Inspite of people knowing Citroen's legacy, they had nothing that they wanted in a car as a package..
    KIA on the other hand started with a all guns blazing Seltos & look how the brand has established itself..

      @@vinaybati4606 well Polo might have all the features and strong build quality but C3 completely beats it in terms of cabin space (polo has pathetic leg room), boot space, reliability of automatic transmission (everyone knows about horrendous DSG gearbox of VW with dry clutch which is completely useless in our traffic conditions and bound to fail after 1 lakh km) and suspension quality (No VW can hold a candle against C3 in this regard). So any day C3 is a much better pakage compared to polo.

    I bought a Citroën C3 1.2 Feel 61kw in February 2024 brand new ... 61kw naturally aspirated engine is very good and capable. The ride feel and road holding is very nice and the engine noise is super quiet, best in class I've experienced in South Africa and it *SHOULD BE a pleasure to drive. However, the lack of care in assembly is HORRENDOUS! Loose bits, damaged bits, rattles and clanks and whistles ... what should be a pleasure to drive is a destruction of peace every time I get in to my car. It has the makings of a class leader in South Africa that should be outselling everyone else but in my experience IT FALLS MISERABLY SHORT due to poor execution. I love the promise it had but hate the reality.
    Citroën and it's dealer network in South Africa is also proving that AFTERSALES SUPPORT IS SEVERELY LACKING! Handover of my car was delayed on the 1st day due to faults and has been returned to the dealership several times EVERY SINGLE MONTH since FEBRUARY 2024 and remains faulty to this day.

    @CarWale, @Vikrant, First of all thank you for bringing the season 3 and do bring more seasons in the months and years to come.
    Second, this is NOT a complaint or criticism. Just feedback which I'm hoping you will be able to use to adapt & improve in the upcoming seasons. Among the 3 seasons we have so far, I still like the 1st season the best in terms of the presentation and the storytelling. The whole video(s) from 1st season felt very organic and continuous in the way each car was talked about. Season 3 feels like a ticking off a checklist of points that needs to be talked about.
    Having said that, I do appreciate shooting the videos at the track but I'm not sure if any of our mass market cars really deserve or justify track-videos. Maybe even the "Drivers' cars" are best shot through winding, curvy roads (like the season 1) and maybe you can come up with a different segment for track-videos.

    Why wasting time by reviewing a budget car which is not available to the majority of the country's budget customers! Citroen needs to establish more showrooms/ services centers, before even launching any newer/facelifted models. Otherwise, simply launch high end models.

So no question about reliability. Mr Murphy, request you to do some proper research before blabbering useless chants.

      @@johnmurphy7063 Citroen entered Indian market in 2021 and they launched C3 in June, 2022. From the very beginning, Indian C3 has timing in it's turbo petrol instead of wet belt which was a know issue for cars manufactured across other countries during 2017-19 period. Citroen has burned their hands regarding that problem so they did learn from their past mistakes and launched Indian C3 with timing chain for pure tech 1.2 EB turbo. So I don't think that any issues with the engine will arise in near future.

      @Archislawate 12 дней назад

      @@johnmurphy7063 completely understandable frustration in your comments. I have heard this same opinion from most of the users before I bought this car, but then it turns out, all these cars were made in the EU and also the Wet belt deterioration issue remained in the engines until 2019-20 models. Stellantis have since made a lot of changes the most important one would be switching to Chain drive, and also as these are Manufactured here in India, the overall package they are delivering as a Car is pretty decent given the price point. And yes experts do not recommend buying Peugeot engines that run Wet Belt drive ever.

      @theraildynasty_ 6 дней назад

      It is a safe car, body structure is stable, the EC3 scored 0 stars was because of global ncap tested the car after they updated the rules and due to missing safety features it scored 0 starts not because of weak body shell also at this point even if the punch gets tested it will score not more than 1 star as to score more 6 airbags are compulsory and punch was tested before this updation of rules and C3 after the updation.......
