Thanks for comment. Please drop your request letter to New Delhi DRM office. Post allocation of your seat, coupe or cabin, you can board train from Gurgaon where you need to book ticket for your pet in parcel office.
Coupe is for two person and cabin for four so if you are travelling alone with your pet then you can't request for coupe. You need to book minimum two ticket if looking for coupe.

48 hours before your journey. Example if your travel date is 03-Jan then you need to request to DRM Office on 01-Jan to allot coupe.

IR allowed one pet per PNR however you have opted for coupe so two pets are permitted.
