Magenta dropping out and being difficult to recover a sign of an air leak in the cap. The rubber seal is worn out and not making full contact. Being the outside color, Magenta will dry out first. Clean the rubber rim. If that doesn't work, replace the cap; it's a wear item.
Thanks for your comment I want to ask you when you talk about the damper or what cover and rubber you talk about
He is talking about capping station
In response to your request for "Do you know how to stop head nozzles being blocked" I learned my lesson the hard way. When I used generic inks I always had this issue. I ran the same head in my Mutoh for 6 years because I always used Mutoh inks. With my CJV150-160 I have had it for 18 months now and I have never had a blocked nozzle. I'll only use the correct inks so I don't lose time through unnecessary maintenance. I hope this helps brother.
Which inks do you use?
@Natalija-im5gg original inks. If I have a Mimaki printer I will only use Mimaki inks for example. Never use cheap generic ink or it will only cause problems
thank you friend. My car sat without paint for a month and now the test is very bad. I'll try your method.
nozzle soak in which liquid? do you just fill the capping with cleaning agent and leave overnight? to soak
Nozzle soak is maintenance liquid, hope I’m still on time to help lol
make Nozzle wash and machine off for overnight head soak and machine off
i have a problem with my mimaki cjv150/160 i want fill the ink with a syringe but idk know how do it with Manually
