Mi sveglio e più tardi al pomeriggio vedo la notifica di RUclips di "Fire" ma questo non è un incubo ma un bellissimo regalo. Grazie ho già scaricato Face the fire EP 👍🔥🔥🔥💪😺
Actually it was Iventi Records back then on 12" vinyl in 2010. SpaceSoundRecords gave me the chance to release my first album "Obsession" in 2011. ZYX came later. Without Iventi and SpaceSoundRecords back then, I wouldn't have had the chance to write for artists such as Ken Laszlo, Albert One, Linda Jo Rizzo and many others. These labels definitely love what they are doing and keeping the fire alive. ZYX - well, that's a long story but kudos to them for having me on their compilations and releasing "Power of Desire". So many songs and releases in the last 15 years. It's great to see and hear people are with me since day 1.

Marcello and I have been friends for years - he called me long distance many years ago to introduce himself to me. Out of the blue. What a beautiful shock to the system. Great man.
@@TonyZ1717 Marcello is one of the nicest guys in the whole Italo Disco scene - plus he's an encyclopedia of Italo/Eurobeat/younameit. I've came across many people who had their own "labels", claiming how many big stars they would know and were actually only in it for the money and to squeeze every little bit out of an artist or song. There is still a label collecting royalties and making money from my songs although there was a totally different contract that had already ended. However, Marcello and his gang such as Eddy Mi Ami do it for the love of music and they are the most loyal and friendly guys on the planet. Same goes to Italove - great band! You can be sure to find your name in the next CD booklet, Tony! I'm thinking of releasing a limited edition CD with the stuff from the last months that is only available digitally yet but times are not easy for physical media, so I will have to finance it myself. Vinyl is nice but very limited to only a few songs and you know that my CDs are always mostly in around 79 minutes. ;)
@@mirkohirsch_official He called me in the days we didn’t have calling cards and stayed on the phone talking Italo for like an hour. Unreal. As for physical media let’s not go there. My vinyl collection looks very similar to Radio Den Haag’s. 😂 And then add CDs to that equation. Speaking of which Marek sent me the CDs for Linda Jo Rizzo and Rochowski. Take your time and release that CD that when you’re good and ready. I will always support you.

Und wieder ein neu entdeckter Song von Dir. Singst Du eigentlich selber in Deinen tollen Liedern? Ich habe festgestellt das Du in den meisten Interpretationen nach drei vierteln die Tonart wechselst; das macht den Song spannender, richtig?
Ich singe in allen Songs selbst, außer logischerweise bei denen mit weiblichem Gesang und bei "All for Teresa". Ansonsten hörst du überall mich. Und richtig - oft wird zum Solo oder zum Ende eines Songs der Song um zwei Halbtonschritte nach oben gerückt. Das ist tatsächlich ein typisches Stilmittel von mir.
Wobei man bei "Fire" sagen muss, dass das der erste Italo-Titel war, auf dem ich gesungen habe - ich habe die Gesangsspur von damals (2006) übernommen, auch, wenn sie nicht perfekt ist. Zumindest bin ich mit dem ganzen Herzen dabei.
