Have you heard? The process for earning your AICP certification has evolved to provide greater flexibility and simplicity. New for 2022 and known as One Path to AICP, this process allows planners young and old to earn their AICP certification in a way that meets them where they are. This webinar reviews the new process in detail and provide some tips and pointers for those looking to begin the process, including taking the AICP exam and submitting the experience assessment.

John Harbin is a Senior Regional Planner with the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission. He supports a variety of environmental, land use, infrastructure, and economic development initiatives. John has over 10 years of planning experience in both public and private sector positions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech and a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. John serves on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
