I think it’s fun doing these challenges, but this is a nice option for those who either don’t have or don’t want to spend the time.
I’d admit that I do this but I also make sure it looks nice

That's so funny you made a video about this, I figured this out yesterday by accident. I was really late going into TOM shop to complete the daily challenge, but because I had everything but one of the tags on display already, I just added the one tag and boom, done. So the first day I did the tags it required, but I also added some other decor to make it a really cute display. It paid off , because it covered so many of the tags that could be required everyday. Might just keep it that way, because I like my little cute display.

I got a Pocahontas items in my shop today👀 would love to see more Pocahontas items added
I might amend that statement to "We probably won't get those universe tags .... until characters from them are added in future updates and bring more of their universe items with them."
You can also add more mannequins to the display.
Yep! I mention this at 11:50 . Very Happy they decided to allow us to add them. Having more will help get those tags up for outfits too

I DIDNT KNOW YOU COULD PUT FURNITURE ON THAT PLATFORM I WAS PUTTING THEM IN THE OTHER DISPLAYS AND NOT GETTING THE TAGS AND I WAS GETTING STRESSED SO I CANCELLED THE CHALLENGE IN HOPES I COULD REFRESH IT BUT I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS A 24 HOUR TIMER, GAH, I’m sorry this was so stressful so i’m happy to know how to do it correctly now 🤣

0:55 i HATE this because im eventually going to end up a day behind...they should do a daily reset like scrooge's. They need to understand this isn't a mobile game! 😤
I’m already a day behind and I get the same challenges so I don’t understand why it’s a big deal. Please explain
@RedK5 the less challenges you complete, the less coins you get. To get one of everything right now it is 50 challenges/days. If you want more than one of something it's however many days added to it. If you want 5 more rock rugs, 5 more days of challenges added onto it. If you want 3 doors, 9 days. For the clothing it's not a big deal, but furniture will not be nearly as easy to work through. The problem with 24 hour timers is that if you get on at 1pm one day, and 10am the next, you can't complete a challenge that day because you won't be on when it resets. If they make it a scrooge shop-like daily update(reset at a certain time of day like 8am) then no matter the time you get on the game, you can complete the challenge. They also make it to where if you cancel the challenge(on purpose or accident) you can't pick up a new on for 24 hours. So new players can't complete some challenges due to lack of items.

I was stump on a challenge that requires WALL-E, I place every
item for WALL-E and for the life of me didn’t understand why I couldn’t meet the requirement. Then I put on an outfit for WALL-E and the requirement was met. Under outfit only had gloves so I didn’t think that particular requirement was actually meant for the outfit. I thought the shop was broken. 😅
You need both outfit and furniture
OMG! That challenge! Every single item I placed was Mickey in company and I still could not get that one. Checked off. Every piece of clothing, every furniture item. I placed extra things. It did not matter. It would not check off Mickey and company. I worked at that for an hour and a freaking half. I backed out of the game and started it back up and tried again. I wanted to smack Daisy upside her feathery head! I haven't walked back into the boutique since.
I was having the same issue. I finally put the Mickey jeans jacket and pants and a Mickey t-shirt on the mannequin and got the check mark.

I'm sooooooo glad you clicked that flower table. I have a bowl of apples on that table and it will not let me remove the apples to remove the table.
It's been 4days now I have zoomed in and out. Twisted- rotated, saved rebooted whatever you can think of and can not get rid of that table and bowl......

I think this is a good way to manage this as it feels like a bit of a pointless task each day. You could spend time making a pretty scene but there is no incentive for doing so compared to quickly throwing things down to complete the task quickly
Two adjustments I wish they would do. 1. Have it reset at the time as others, like scrudges. 2 . Change how you purchase her base items since to have multiples of an item, you must purchase multiples. Maybe lower the price? Another remark. Doors are awful. It is placed on a random wall, can't move it to another wall, does not replace a green door, you have to delete your creation to remove it and then recreate it. One positive, you can leave the room thru it.

This seems like so much more work 😮 I have my platform area decorated to feature my Alice in wonderland custom designs, but I keep one mannequin in the back behind a fence to dress up and an area on the platform for a random piece of furniture.

I don’t experience any bug. I just finished his quest and then he told me to buy the 3d glasses, bought them and there was his house

I am having the hardest time understanding the Daisy Duck stuff. Also I really don't like ToM as it confuses me. I have a hard time with this whole update

I really hope they change it so it's not on a 24 hour timer and just refreshes daily like everything else. It's inconsistent and will force me to miss a day eventually. My challenge is pretty late in the day now.
I didn’t start the challenge until I was ready
very much dislike the 24hr wait. i knew from the start that sooner of later it's get to the point where i'd have to skip a day because of it taking 5 to 10 minutes to get all the tags right plus all the wasted time from forgetting to go to her when the 24hr is up. like last night i forgot an was an hour and a half late going back to her.
i was thinking about doing this, placing 1 item with many tags and 1 item from each tag separately, covering as much area as i can but i didn't know if it would count for later challenges
you mentioned about how many days it'd take to purchase all the clothing and furniture items. i talked about that in my comment on your video yesterday. idk if you were going by that not but you forgot to mention that if you want to make multiple of any furniture item you have to buy it multiple times so it'll take that much extra longer if you want to make a big build using many of the same item

i’m on this challenge and i literally tried all my tops on but it’s not ticking off, idk what’s wrong
how do you get stuff with dreamlight valley tag? the only thing i have with the dreamlight valley tag is lenses of shadows and nothing for furniture. my daisy challenge requires something with dreamlight valley tag but the lenses of shadows doesnt work so im guessing it has to be furniture. im just starting out so i have nothing and dont know how to get it.
It makes it a lot easier. I was watching someone do the challenge without this and I was just yelling at the screen for her to do this for the last tag. Makes it much easier. edit: I just realized what you were doing lmao I've just been using the sort function and placing the first thing that comes up for each tag.

@Serroh This just in! One thing NO ONE is talking about! The Hei Hei house, is a COMPANION HOME. You can go up to it, interact with it, and place pets! I don't know if no one knew, but out of all the RUclipsrs I follow, I don't think anyone mentioned this. I thought I should give you the scoop :D
The furniture stuff is not an issue for me. The clothes are.
All the new stuff is awesome unfortunately I got error since update 5 days ago so sad unable to play dreamlight don't know if anyone has the same problem

They just love complaining also if your doing this automatic stuff it takes away the fun of the game and makes it feel like a chore.

It honestly takes all of two to three minutes to do the actual challenge so this just makes no sense to me.
I thought this was something to not have to wait 24 hours because it is going to take forever to earn the couns for everything

@@RedK5 - Right, but if one day I’m only able to get online after work and the next day before work, the 24 hours haven’t passed. So then I end up missing a day due to the 24 time lock.
@@Mewtho9 I missed a day too but I still got the 1st challenge a day later. I think it’s just a cool down timer. I just did the WALL·E challenge at 1am. I was supposed to start at 9pm but was busy.

The challenges restarts 24 hours after you start a challenge, not after you complete it. I started a challenge yesterday but didn't finish. I just finished it today and only have to wait 6 hours for the next one.

This kind of stuff ruins the fun if the game..
No one is forcing you to do it. Just knowledge there for those that either don't enjoy it or don't have time for it.
