I remember a few years ago, Authority Hacker was kind of new to RUclips, not focused a lot on it. Fast forward to today, this f*cking incredible content. Not to mention the in-depth paid course content, which is actually frequently updated and expanded (unlike most online courses, which say they will be updated but aren't). So awesome that I can just log into my AH Pro account and get this whole new EEAT course now. It's great to be an AH member. Thank you guys
Thanks a lot! We're trying to rebalance things so we have engaging free content but our members feel like they have an edge. It's not easy everyday, but I'm glad you're happy with where we're going 😊.
Considering that it will take several months to implement these changes on my site, and considering it'll no doubt take many months for G to recognize and hopefully rerank my pages, and considering the speed at which G will no doubt be releasing its AI SE webwide...it makes me wonder if jumping thru the many EEAT hoops is really worthwhile.
First of all, great video. Thanks a lot. Question: Do you need to mention your websites on your Linkedin Profile that you own or write for? There needs to be a connection too right?
That was a good video, Gael. It made me aware of the importance of EEAT. Anyway I was thinking about one thing - What's stopping us (as webmasters) adding authoritive authors and just say they wrote the articles? Do you know what I mean?
My guess is it works like Google+ authorship worked at the time. You added a tag on your site but you also had to link from your social profiles back to the site to make it work. I guess Google may have a more advanced version of this now so if the author shares posts authored by them on crawlable social etc, that may be a hint the site is not faking.
@@AuthorityHacker So this means that the authors should also link back to you somehow in order to send an authenticity signal? And what if they don't - would still be better than having no author details whatsoever?
Great content! I use the Schema Pro plugin that offers a custom schema markup. Is it possible to insert the additional schema info without any problems, like you do?
For existing website owners at what point would you say buying TASS is no longer useful? Or rather how should existing websites decided if buying TASS makes sense for them?
It's a tricky question. I think there are a lot of little things to pick up for existing site owners. If you message support though, you may want to ask when you can join Pro (it includes the E-E-A-T blueprint too) which is more geared toward existing site owners..
@@AuthorityHacker Come to think of it, my site has been live since February 2023, making probably 50 to 70 USD per month right now. Scrap site and go TASS, or go TASS on existing site, or just go AHP right away?
The best video/tutorial on EEAT: full of info and no fluff (just the way I like it). You guys are becoming the "go to source in your niche". I also liked the intro (with the red circle) and the "knowsAbout property" ("nose about property") at 07:59 (have a look at it, you will understand). 😂 Keep up the good work. Merci et à bientôt
In all honesty, most small businesses of 10-50 employees I know in the UK, such as garden centers, estate agents, electrical companies, the local garage, just don't do any of this stuff. They are running their businesses, they don't have time to add all these bells and whistles to their business sites. I am doubtful that Google would demote them because there are no authors or no mention in Forbes. The point I am making is that most businesses I know don't practice the black art of SEO, they are running their actual companies.
Yep but they’re adding contact infos, address, often original images and several other things mentioned in the video which probably gets them over the line. I don’t think you need everything in this video to do well but you need enough to get above a certain threshold. Plus, this stuff is probably more for info and commercial queries rather than local queries.
I have a personal travel blog that was hit by the updates, I'm the sole writer and everything is based off my lived experience (no AI / stock photos ) do you think I still need to implement schemas?
I actually have expertise in all my Niches, this is very helpful, thank you so much! My attempts to be the most interesting person and adventuring my 20s in the Army and graduate in the spring with my Outdoor Studies degree.
Hi, I am about to start a website exclusively reviewing products on amazon india. I am going to do it with the help of three (3) Freelance writers and AI tools. 1. Will it be a good idea to start and 2. what will be the best wat to establish EEAT for this kind of website. 3. Most of the keywords on SERP are now dominated by news websites. Should I project it as a news website or a review website? 4. Can we do Author Pages Schema with Rankmath + Kadence Wordpress Theme 5. Is it a good Ideas to use the AI tool that you recommended in this video for review content. 6. How can we qualify for the latest Google Reviews with AI update. Sorry for too many questions. Thank You. Avinash Katta.
I’m so happy that I stumbled upon this channel. Great content! Unfortunately I’m using a really basic CMS platform for my website where I can’t add SEO plugins. Therefore, I’m wondering if it’s good enough to just add more relevant info about us on our “About us” page, together with info about the author of our blog posts, in order to improve our EEAT?
Great tutorial. I'm interested specifically on finding those unindexed images you mentioned. Under which module do you talk about finding these images within the e-e-at blueprint? I can't seem to find it.

So true...proud member!!!
This is by far the best piece of content I've seen for practical E-E-A-T advice. Well done Gael 👏

One thing nobody ever talks about is building links pointing to the author's profile page to boost the author's authority
Specifically links from author's socials IMO are quite important. Similar to how Google implemented Authorship with Google+ back in the day.
Changing so fast @Gael. Loved it.
Thanks !! This is one of the best video on this topic
Wow, what an amazing video! 🌟 It's an absolute gem - so holistic and informative. Thanks Gael!
My pleasure!
Hello,
How can I access your New E-E-A-T Blueprint?
Thank you
First of all, great video. Thanks a lot.

Hi where has the blueprint gone?
Great content! I use the Schema Pro plugin that offers a custom schema markup. Is it possible to insert the additional schema info without any problems, like you do?
Can i Use frame from YT video as an image for my blog articles? maybe it's not the best quality but unique. What is more important?
Is it mandatory put author social link ?
Nothing is mandatory, I’d consider these as best practices and if you have enough of them you should be fine.
For existing website owners at what point would you say buying TASS is no longer useful? Or rather how should existing websites decided if buying TASS makes sense for them?

does the Blueprint cover the basics, I mean from what is schema?
Hum no, I guess you could get that on RUclips. We focus on the advanced stuff.
That was a great intro!
Thanks! 😁
Fine!!!! I subscribed! Jeeze, stop twisting my arm! 🎉
😅
And then you have Brian Dean's new website with an article written by some "random guy" with zero EEAT, ranking #1 :/
I believe agility writer is better than koala
Turns out the key to hack SEO was to be an actual expert all along?

Thanks @EEric77, I'm glad my dorky jokes didn't go unnoticed :D
Very valid points on Topical Authority. Keyword tools can be misleading.

True, you are right, but they have to sell their course.
@@AuthorityHacker Yes, I agree.
I feel better watching these videos at 0.75 speed.
The joke in the member area is that you watch Mark at 1.5x speed and Gael at 0.5x.
Great tip, tried it and once I got over the fact Gael seems drunk, I actually took more in
THE BEST intro EVER !!! 😍🤩😘 ... + that cascaded selling of courses at every end of the section!!! ❤🧡💛
😬🤑😇

The real question is - is TASS still relevant now considering Google's September 2023 udpate(s)? And if so, is everything you need included?
I actually have expertise in all my Niches, this is very helpful, thank you so much!
My attempts to be the most interesting person and adventuring my 20s in the Army and graduate in the spring with my Outdoor Studies degree.
Really nice video, EEAT is so underrated in France
how important is eeat for an affiliate website around autoresponders
Guys as usual video, same rant about Author page, schema and first hand content.
FIRST! EAAT!
is it acceptable to display all the information, social profiles etc. with the brand i represent instead of myself
Is the author bio in each post enough for the expertise on top of a detailed about page
where are the other videos to this series?

Liking the new editing and scriptwriting
"Sloppy Contact 7 form on a sloppy Contact page". So relatable from a few years ago. 😂
But wait, people still do that?! 😮
More people than you think do this.
Thanks so much adding this to my tasks list. You guys Rock!
The best was the part with the red circle 😂😂

Great vid... takes work! (#respect) --- so are any of the SEO plugins up to par, or even close?
I’m so happy that I stumbled upon this channel. Great content!

Man I get so much out of these videos. Amazing content!!
One of your best videos ever Gael! Great data oriented insights, not just random recommendations on author boxes!
Wow coming from you that means a lot! Thank you!

A tasty no dish being concocted in my kitchen?
Nope , GB is smashing it with another video 😂
I just finished implementing this. I can't wait to skyrocket my traffic.
🧨🚀
Impressive
Thanks a lot Gael and AH Team.
Gold mine ❤ 👍

In the experience module
What’s the name of the plugin verywellfit using for authors?
They don't use a plugin, it's all custom built.
THANKS YOU SO MUCH !
YOU'RE WELCOME !
YOU'RE WELCOME !
This is in the authors hackers main course content?
Yup, this is included in all our core training :)
"... to morally questionable" 😂
😏
Best explanation on EEAT. Thanks
My pleasure
Good stuff, thanks Gael.
Glad you enjoyed it
Good video - a fine explanation of EEAT for content creators that makes sense and is comprehensively covering the topic.
Agreed. This is why I make my team watch all the AH videos. Great information, great perspectives.
Thanks guys!
Do you think it would negatively impact your EEAT to have a uk address and phone number if you are targeting US traffic?
I don't think so, but if you're afraid of it, PO boxes are pretty cheap, we talk about them in the blueprint.
That. Was. Knowledge. Bomb. 🐼
💣
Amazing Video Gael! You are really killing it! 😍💪
Thanks 😇
