Commenting again (pile 2) to note that last night, i finally got off my butt and made some stuff for the etsy shop I'm opening. I realized through my work that I've been sitting on about 1k worth of inventory and had no clue because I was too stuck to see the big picture. Pile 1 - Angel this is so spot on for me right now. I am in a situation I cannot control. I am living away from my home helping my beloved son go through radiation and chemo treatments to survive brain cancer again. He beat it before, for 13 years, which is a miracle. Now he battles again. I’m doing my best to stay positive for him and not drown in my anxiety.

1, so on point Angel. I found out that my partner of 10 years was cheating behind my back. Since I found out, he swears he loves me and that stuff is in the past. Sadly, I don't believe him. I do this, picture in your mind you dancing a little happy dance all the way out of the bank after you just deposited so much money, that you're gonna just give some away To the first homeless person you see. See yourself dancing, and feel the joy that you will feel. I kid you not, you're imagination can manifest anything you want. Pile 1 very positive❣️ I really resonated with pile 2, especially because I have been having trouble being able to get a full deep breath into my lungs for the last couple of weeks. I thought it was anxiety AGAIN, because I really experienced it a LOT when my mom was dying from cancer, & I couldn't breathe deeply day or night for months! Super scary! It felt so heavy & restricted, trying to relax to get a full breath, & even sleeping in a recliner instead of my bed. I couldn't stop worrying about my health, on top of my mom's decline & eminate demise. I worried that I would find her transitioned in the morning or when I came from work while she was alone. I felt SO much fear and so helpless! I am the firstborn & I an grateful I had 8 years with her. Every day while I was working, I had deep fear and anxiety & lots of work stress too! God did send an angel messenger, as a sales person at a cystal shop, with a message about my breathing issue being from anxiety and fear (she was also a retired nurse & had seen it before ) I was grateful. So it made perfect sense to me when you said that you felt it as a "fear" blockage betwen the solar plexus and the heart chakras, that fear & anxiety must be coming up again in me! I lost my mom almost 5 years ago and I am retired now. So I'm not sure what this anxiety block is about? Probably old stuff, health and financial worries, hopefully the last/final bits! I DO know its in my gut, because I stuff down (eat) my emotions/feelings and that's where I carry a lot of my weight. I'm trying to make lifestyle changes to "Love Myself" more, but its a battle with my ego and I give in too much! #2--Phoenix-renewal, ive just moved to much better home, and dont have a couch either, am sorting thru years of boxes, out with the old. This place i will purge all things not needed for last leg of my journey. It will also be a beautiful home, with mostly textiles. Simple to clean wash and hang. Commenting again (pile 2) to note that last night, i finally got off my butt and made some stuff for the etsy shop I'm opening. 1, so on point Angel. I found out that my partner of 10 years was cheating behind my back. Since I found out, he swears he loves me and that stuff is in the past. Sadly, I don't believe him. I do this, picture in your mind you dancing a little happy dance all the way out of the bank after you just deposited so much money, that you're gonna just give some away To the first homeless person you see. See yourself dancing, and feel the joy that you will feel. I kid you not, you're imagination can manifest anything you want. Picture the apartment you want, picture every detail on the inside, like where your couch will sit, what you'll see out your window, the marble countertops, etc., and you bring it forward, All the while seeing yourself cooking in the kitchen, watching TV, etc. Let your imagination run wild and don't look back. I thought it was anxiety AGAIN, because I really experienced it a LOT when my mom was dying from cancer, & I couldn't breathe deeply day or night for months! Super scary! It felt so heavy & restricted, trying to relax to get a full breath, & even sleeping in a recliner instead of my bed. I couldn't stop worrying about my health, on top of my mom's decline & eminate demise. I worried that I would find her transitioned in the morning or when I came from work while she was alone. I felt SO much fear and so helpless! I am the firstborn & I an grateful I had 8 years with her. Every day while I was working, I had deep fear and anxiety & lots of work stress too!
God did send an angel messenger, as a sales person at a cystal shop, with a message about my breathing issue being from anxiety and fear (she was also a retired nurse & had seen it before ) I was grateful.
So it made perfect sense to me when you said that you felt it as a "fear" blockage betwen the solar plexus and the heart chakras, that fear & anxiety must be coming up again in me! I lost my mom almost 5 years ago and I am retired now. So I'm not sure what this anxiety block is about? Probably old stuff, health and financial worries, hopefully the last/final bits! I DO know its in my gut, because I stuff down (eat) my emotions/feelings and that's where I carry a lot of my weight. I'm trying to make lifestyle changes to "Love Myself" more, but its a battle with my ego and I give in too much! I start out great every morning optimistically with a little walk, prayer, affirmations, gratitude, guided meditations etc., but fail most days, as I fill the void in my solar plexus with unhealthy junk food instead of Love! I am asking my Angels & guides for help, support, clearing blocks, cords, attachments & for healing. I'm just tired of being alone and taking one step forward and two steps back. It must be part of the same issue of feeling lack, limitation, scarcity, abandonment, not enough, unloved, unworthy, etc., past lives/old story stuff! I know we all have our own shit💩 to let go of, to heal & to transform! Blessings to ALL❣️

Pile 2, I have an Akashic Field healing session mid August! Can’t wait! I’ve done other energy work and my 1 QHHT session was amazing even tho I didn’t “connect” because my SC decided to clear out my anger instead (since I asked for help re my anger prior to appt). Legit felt a rumble up my spine with a cold af forehead lol. My therapist didn’t feel anything in the room so the rumble was just me. At first, I thought a truck passed by the office. Also, I do feel like I have more control of my anger (as opposed to it taking over immediately) and I’m ruminating alot less. A lot less lol.

#2--Phoenix-renewal, ive just moved to much better home, and dont have a couch either, am sorting thru years of boxes, out with the old. This place i will purge all things not needed for last leg of my journey. It will also be a beautiful home, with mostly textiles. Simple to clean wash and hang. Wall tapestries, etc cheapish but effective eye candy to purge old memories, create peace in colors of blues and greens. Bathroom taupe, white and pink, kitchen White and pale Turquoise.
