I think it's an effect of ageing at this point, combined with the gravely low weight. She's about 30 years old now (which is still very young, I know), but there's laxity to the skin on her neck now. If she had some (healthy) fat in her neck, the laxity wouldn't be as pronounced. This is typically a look you see in 70 or 80 year olds.

Everybody's still shitting on her but even tiny bites are a step in the right direction! Hope she keeps going! I recently tried withdrawing from a medication and it made my appetite totally go away. I went like two days without eating or drinking much because the thought of either made me nauseous. I felt like death. Zero strength, no energy, dizzy, sweaty, shaky, mental fog...so many other symptoms. I truly don't understand how someone can willingly starve themselves. I just hope she can recover from this.

There was a dr after WW2 who helped patients recover from concentration camps and starvation. He discovered that feeding them rice and fruit to begin with healed their fragile bodies and they didn't get sick from eating again.

I recently tried withdrawing from a medication and it made my appetite totally go away. I went like two days without eating or drinking much because the thought of either made me nauseous. I felt like death. Zero strength, no energy, dizzy, sweaty, shaky, mental fog...so many other symptoms. I truly don't understand how someone can willingly starve themselves. I just hope she can recover from this.

She is not helping herself by fake eating. Her mom looks annoyed, maybe because she will have to eat all that food herself since Eugenia is taking baby bites. Time will tell with Eugenia and her health. I am sure her organ functions are not at full capacity. I feel sad for her. It would take alot of help in a facility for years to get her back to healthy weight.

The second time she ate it looked real. If not that's a really crappy thing to do. I'm proud of her if she actually did eat it in front of all of us. What people don't know about anorexics is that if they go from eating nothing or barely anything to eating a lot it can actually kill them. In all her other videos she always said she doesn't have to eat in front of anyone. At least in this she ate at least once so I think (or maybe just hope) it was progress. I hope she gets better.

It looks like she did eat that one tiny piece of chicken, because there wasn’t a cut between the time she put it in her mouth, chewed, swallowed, and began talking about how “good” it was. She looked so disgusted while chewing it though, and it was likely the only food she took an actual bite of, small as it was.

You guys are ridiculous. You realize Eugenia and anorexics in general do actually eat right; if not, they'd be dead. Eugenia probably eats just enough to maintain her weight. That could be any type of food and 3 meals as long as it fits in the calories, so yes, she may have eaten this meal, and it's a huge thing for her to even record doing so. Eugenia seems happier lately, and I really hope it's a step in the right direction.
