I have watched him in a couple of web shows and movies, he is genuinely a fantastic actor i must say. Not those wannabe types you find in Lokhandwala.
Where have he acted? Any movies series?
After seeing these videos i can say mumbai has rent prices of 1st world with 5th world infrastructure and quality of life.
Shivam, the rents are overhyped in certain suburbs, roads, locations simply because too many people are chasing the same flats in the same locations.
There are fantastic, affordable, well maintained rental houses which are bigger, with good amenities, facilities and in green, less polluted localities with good public transportation access - you will find them all through Mumbai suburbs, Navi Mumbai and Thane cities as well as the MMR region. It is the overhyped locations like Andheri, Bandra, Khar, Worli, Colaba etc in Mumbai which are attracting the wannabes from all over India and this drives up "demand" for a limited "supply" of properties in those areas. One can save a lot and have a better quality of life if one avoids living in the overhyped parts of Mumbai.
Misleading headline of the video.
Budget of 5000 above rent. That should be the headline.
First reality genuine interview of tenant episode whole series😊
Why is the host walking in the house with outside shoes?
Very humble actor and absolutely genuine and truthful in the interview. Will go long way…just one suggestion to Girish to start his RUclips channel and post the scenes done by him in the films there. When I tried to find him in RUclips then wasn’t able to
very good actor who plays a lot of Press reporter roles..
Really such a fantastic guy. Rarely I see such people. Hope he gets a lot of success. ❤
Thank you
Those lavish 3BHK gurgaon properties for 35k vs this match box 2 BHK for 38k, just shows how expensive Mumbai is.
Staying in Mumbai for 30 yrs+, I am astonished 🙈 seeing the rates of 35k in Andheri to be honest..... Ghansoli 2 BHK which is in outskirts all bldgs rent 50k+ for similar carpet area.
@@arjunrao7868 Several parts of Veera Desai has waterlogging issue in rainy season . Plus this apartment seems to be quite old & not well maintained. Maybe that's why rent low. Else in Andheri west 1 bhk is easily in the range of 35 - 40 k in a better location . Versova & Oshiwara could be even higher for 1bhk with a much lesser carpet area
@@arjunrao7868 ulwe 3bhk premium building mai milega 30 to 35k with all amenities and car parking.
@@arjunrao7868 Arjun, if you go through the "big names", rent increases. Genuine real estate agents and the 'No Broker' site will show good affordable rentals - be it in Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai or in Thane, Mumbai suburbs, Panvel or Vasai-Virar region. But one must be prepared to do their research and be patient in searches.
There are places in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane where you can enjoy all facilities and amenities with less than 30k rent for a 2BHK and places in Vasai-Virar where you can get a 2BHK for 10k to 11k.
@@arjunrao7868True.
Kis zamane mein Rs 10/sqft rate tha.
Hum log 20-30 prop le sakte the.
But liya nahi.
Phir rate jo increase hotey chala gaya. Baap re.
Jackpot miss hogaya.
Year 1960
1st guy i seen who gave chai to vishal if it is not sponsored 😅
Wonder why he lives in a 2 BHK, whereas with his minimalistic sensibilities he could easily manage in a 1 BHK with less rent.
In Andheri West in a good location a 1bhk rent is 35 k easily . Good apartment even 40k. Veera Desai road has water logging in rains + this apartment seems quite old so maybe that's why rent so low for Andheri West
@@altmosetz_01 Oh! Is it so.
He mentioned he wanted a space where his parents could live with him when they travel or in case of emergencies. He also wanted a room for his studio recording as he's a singer-songwriter. That's why he took a 2BHK instead of a 1 BHK.
So even if his parents / friends stay over, he still gets his quiet space to write, sing, compose.
Otherwise a 1 BHK is sufficient for a single person who wants to live alone, and with no requirement for a quiet recording room.
@@jamesgeorge777 Good point 👍
Thank you so much friends for your lovely wishes ❤
God bless u its great to hear u say u want ur parents to stay with u where as many r pushing parents away into indtitutions.parents r the form of God u b blessed.
Aich. A person who doesn’t watch too many movies but watched Archie’s :/ he’s worked in some good movies.
Pls visit Nashik and Indore if possible
May ur Dreams come true Girish bhai👐
Thank you
Good guy with minimal spending,
Only suggestion if he wants to purchase house in mumbai he should chose to live in small rent and save for house
he was in city of dreams...even in he played actor turned anchor
Marry when ur are in struggling phase . So u get a life partner who knows your struggles , well and marry's you, for the person ur along with your struggles and not ...for ...anyway just a thought .
Wise words!
all the very best.
I have the same tiles at my bathroom. These tiles have become so common like I have seen it many washrooms😂
Arreh Mannu bhai😮!!
Can't be agree...rent 38k..aur baki sab 5 thousand me ho jata hai..he should calculate batter
Vishal ab chauwl mai bhi chale jayo
Maths samajh mai ni aaya 5000 grocery sirf aata khaata hai kya.
Bhai auto bhat expensive haote hain..this is not minimilistic life
Most overhyped area of Mumbai.
I agree. I avoid Andheri. I used to go there for auditions at one time and hated it for the pollution, traffic congestion, poor facilities and cramped expensive spaces. There are suburbs of Mumbai and MMR which are cheaper, green, beautiful, less crowded, with very less pollution, and have a better standard of living.
He is from Delhi, but doesn't smoke and drink 😊
Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, abusive behaviour, crime has to do with a person & not the city
@@altmosetz_01 I agree 👍
Definitely he spends 50 k not 43 k...auto groceries wifi
Easily. Fixed cost Electricity, Gas, Grocery, Toiletries, Water pm alone would cost 15 k or more ( no water filter, 5L Bisleri on kitchen counter) . Add to that auto n cab fare, wifi n mobile recharge cost & the occasional food + tea/ coffee/ cold drinks from outside home
@@altmosetz_01 ye a bit as he is actor he is lying here too
@@altmosetz_01 I was thinking the same. The utility, maintenance charges, laundry/ironing, mobile internet/WiFi bills, Netflix subscription (he said he watched the movie Archies), tea delivery, drinking water, transportation by cab/auto still adds up per month easily to 50k+.
The only other explanation is if someone is staying with him and splitting the bills. Then the shared expenses are 5k as he mentioned.
Is this house worth 3cr which he is living
Must be arnd 2 cr at the least . Depends on sq ft area of house + location of the house.
First to comment 😅
Rent jhut bol rahahai
Staged interview hai 100%
99 acres ka sponsorship ho sakta h
Guy spending 40k on rent, roams around in Auto /Taxi and thinks he is Gandhi ji. This is the type of Guy to get caught by police in versova back road - decent guy overall
dont understand ur comment. What do u mean exactly..?
i also don't understand his comment
In Mumbai it's quite common to take auto n cab. Far easier than driving on congested roads & finding parking. And 40 k is no big rent in popular suburbs of Mumbai
🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸💜💜💜🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Wanna be but different kind of wannabe 🤣🤣🤣
There are many many wannabe u will easily find in Andheri and surroundings.
