Ive been to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at ANC for a wreath laying ceremony. I highly recommend going to one if you're ever visiting D.C. Its one of the most reverent and moving ceremonies that I've ever been to.

No political speech and rally was held at the cemetery. Trump was attending the ceremony as a private citizen to honour and pay respect those 13 fallen heroes. It is solemn and sad occasion. You can hear the sobbing of the family members.
