Wish Donny would do a little bit more for the viewer trying to make it at home. Throw an ingredients section in there, he throws them at you so fast and loose its hard to keep track of. A "For this meal you're gonna need" blah blah blah section at the start or in the description would be clutch.

“Rudy from ANUS podcast” is the most undeserved BS job title I’ve ever read. Rudy ruins everything.
You know a chef isn't worth shit when he thinks that just because the wings are floating, they're done. They aren't done. Always temp check your chicken. Floating does not mean done. I just means they are close to being done. If you check the internal temp on a wing that just starting floating then you'll see why floating does not ever mean the wings are ready to be served. Please, do not go by floating as your indication that fried wings are done... Please.
