I'm definitely a day-by-day girl but totally agree with your first statement. I got SO much done today at work and I spent 3-5 mins listing out all my jobs to do (home and work) no matter how big or small. Feels good!

This is sooooo good. Gives me such peace of mind having my day/week scheduled out beforehand. Also reduces the brainwork in deciding what to do + the opportunity to negotiate with yourself out of doing it haha
