Great buttons 🥰 I remember those jumpsuits from jr high and high school. I made something similar in some kind of fuzzy double knit... velour(?) in a purple. I made it as one of my projects in 8th grade Home Ec. Mine had a zipper, though, not the gathers. I remember wearing it to slumber parties and being really cozy. Great makes!

@tamara3838 Thank you so much! The jumpsuit is really nice. Think about it this way, Sew the bias tape the sale as you would if you were doing a regular arm or neck hole. For the 'empire' waist, sew it a strip of bis tape all the way around-making a casing for the elastic. The tape will meet where you start & stop. That is the opening for the elastic. Happy sewing 🧵

I am currently working on the Vogue pattern. The instructions were weird when sewing the bias tape in the sleeves. I really like your makes.
