Houston Texas USA here. I usually put a fish head in the freezer to save during winter months for soup.❤ Also canned fish when there is too much like from a pink salmon ❤

This fish when caught should have been returned back to the river. It has plenty of eggs and can produce millions of fingerlings for the people to consume once it grow.
How would they know that it has plenty of eggs? They're not the one who caught though .. ☺️ they just bought it i think ..
