      Not sure about the championship.
But if he weren't in several injuries, he would likely be a key rival to experienced drivers such as Kimi Raikkonen in these years, and continue to be in the game of constructors.
I mean, even if he lost his 2012 Ferrari contract and joined a second tier such as Williams later in 2012, he is probably sitting in the Bottas' Petronas secondary seat by now.

But he suffered permanent injuries while racing Rally (which by itself is insane, Rally I mean, far more ballsy than F1 as of danger and balls involved). He was the first and last driver that really excited me since Montoya when he was in Williams.
Still, he may not have the full use of his right arm, but he has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that his mind is made of steel. There's nothing that can stop this guy. Even if he can't compete as well as he used to be, Williams will still be benefitting from a mind of his calibre.

I've never gave up hoping I would see him in the sport again, and now, hopes and dreams come true. It might take time for him to get back to being 50% of what he was before the accident, but just the sheer fact that he is back is incredible.
