I like the fact that Ontario Farmers are at least trying to double crop and have good yields. Last year many farmers did it for the first time and it was a huge success to have 2 crops off one field in a year rather then have the field sit dormant or at least plant a cover crop which money don't want or have the time to do. In Wisconsin Double cropping is also a standard so there is no reason why we can't get great yields in our environment. It would definitely cover the costs to seed the crop in the first place and make decent profit.
