Thx for the informative video! 😊As a shoebox packer for many years in Germany, I can help you with translating or gathering more information for future videos. (By the way: Yes, South Tyrol is part of Italy in a way (it is an independent province). Its relationship with the German-speaking countries is strong, as many people there speak German.)
@Kit.Nicole I think that the choice of such an odd figure is intended to make it clear that no arbitrary amount is required and that the shoebox shipment is associated with real costs
I was surprised to see make up was a yes. I've never seen anyone pack make up. I think a few of the lip balms I picked up for next year are medicated, I guess I'll have to skip those. I was thinking of just putting lip balm in the mid and older kid boxes. I remember eating some cherry chapstick when I was little! I wonder if words are okay in coloring books or game instructions in those countries you mentioned.
I’ve seen makeup packed by a few, but not too many. Yeah I would keep the lip balms to the older kids 😆 Hmmm that’s a good thought. I wonder if those would be acceptable too, or even graphics on tshirts.
Thanks for the informative video, im in uk and water pistols (squirt guns) are allowed, i checked with Samaritans purse as long as they a fun and colourful and don't look realistic we can most definitely pack them.
Great video! I’m from the UK and I reached out to OCC and they confirmed that dino guns that shoot foam darts are okay! As they don’t look like warfare weapons, and also it’s 100% okay to send dice ❤️
The processing is the same for all countries. I work for Samaritans Purse in the Atlanta processing center. So the no list and yes list should be the same for all shoebox gifts.
Interesting. I know there has been some synchronizing of the lists over the last few years (for example, this is the first year dice and playing cards can be officially sent in Canada), but there’s still differences between the different websites at the time of this video
Very helpful and thorough! Thank you for sharing! ❤
You're welcome and thanks for watching!

Thanks Elena! I think the only thing that was confusing with the google translate version is the donation amount. Is it really €10.93?

Yes someone else from the UK was saying she was able to pack a Dino-shaped squirt gun in one of her boxes
