Nice alternative way to learn. One more tip, don’t focus too much on building vocabulary by looking up the meaning. The more you read the more you will remember the word in the context which is a more efficient way to learn vocabulary.

Start with Duolingo fir kisi bhi English speaking app pr communication shuru kr do. Kitna hi video dekh lo jb tk bolna shuru nhi krenge kbhi bhi English nhi bol payenge.

In my opinion , one who wants to learn speaking english then he will have to learn first speaking instead of learning pronunciation at the beginning stage. If you learned speaking then should focus on pronunciation. Mam as you are suggesting like is very much beyond the control of freshers. First learn how can make any situation in english and also remember daily uses sentences so that these sentences can be used in a big sentences quickly without thinking over those sentences.
Mam you method will never work on fresher. It is very much easy to deliver a lecture on youtube. Every mentor should try to suggest in a practical manner so that freshers can get that easily and implement over themselves..This lecture is not practical..
