Quietly hiking the shortest course of Mt.Naejang without a cable car and no entrance fee

Naejangsan Mountain is one of the 5 famous mountains in Honam and one of the 8 scenic spots representing Korea. In 1971, it was designated as the 8th national park in Korea. Naejangsan Mountain, with Sinseonbong Peak (763m) as its main peak, has peaks of around 700m in height, but the top of each peak is made up of unique rocks, so it has been called the ‘Geumgang of Honam’ since ancient times. Naejangsan Mountain was originally called Yeongeunsan Mountain after the name of Yeongeunsa Temple, the head office of the mountain.
