Tatsuya kikuchu was actually contracted for season 2 but many anime sites/pages misinformed that he joined episode 9 onwards. It's good that people here are rooting for igris .. his loyalty toward empty thrown,...the value he hold ..by throwing his own weapons against unarmed enemy ...and later the way he bowed down toward sung..(so , disciplined nd royal aura he got😅) showing his dedication,faith , power nd offcourse loyalty now belong toward him... He may not say a single word but his actions speaks even more lounder..than any of it ....he definitely won my heart .

@resof He struggled a bit against the Ice elf as well, he had to go for a 3+ vs 1. But yeah, Igris was probably his hardest struggle. And the fight went HARD in the anime.
The cut to first-person perspective was one of the coolest things I've ever seen in anime. And I've probably seen way too much anime. And as one that was there when the deep magics were written. This is still only phase one. It's only gonna keep getting better.

Man... I thought anime version not cool and thrilled as manhua.... But latest episode igris fight--- one hell of fighting.... I watched so much anime... This is one of the best
*SPOILER* Basically Igris was there to test Jinwoo to see if he was worthy of becoming the vessel. That was the order of Igris former liege (Ashborn). So he waited in that dimension for Jinwoo with basically most of his powers sealed. Fun fact Igris originally was sitting on the throne but he thought that it would be too disrespectful to the successor. So he hid behind the pillar. Igris now repsects Jinwoo very much and see's him as a master, friend and a comrade.
no disrespect to any Dragon ball z ' Naruto or One piece fan but This anime is way superior than All the Fighting anime's i have ever seen. Solo leveling is on another level no Time pass episodes pure story+Action there was not even a single minute where i felt this anime is getting boring. i became a huge fan of Solo leveling
Solo leveling is definitely top tier, but should check out fate/ series fights. MHA, Demon Slayer, Kengan Ashura, Kaiju #8 and a bunch more similar I am sure took inspiration from Babylonia or Unlimited blade works 💪
