The prices for fire wood around here are, about the same, if you put some scrap stickers on the ground for the crates they'll stay dryer. Got to use what you have, as a rule I usually build largest to smallest, longest to shortest, most of the time? You'll always have enough, no need to throw away small osb, always keep it in the shed a million and one uses, I'd use drip buckets for snow melt and rain water catchment, helps a bunch, I got a sunshower bag that can take hot water, also use a mortar tub with a stool for an indoor shower, I made a yoke to hang the shower bag inside, if you get the correct fittings you can have a drain on the tub so no worries about water in the tub, a short garden hose works perfect, enjoying taking the journey with you, 👍 no worries about talking to yourself, helps to keep notes and maybe figure out a better way to proceed mid stream. 😊
Molly, your a crate making machine, there's always use for crate. Firewood pile looks like it's going to be nice and dry for winter use, great job. Well at least you have a cushion for sleeping on the Yurt floor, Thanks for Sharing see ya on the next one. p.s. some chicken wire for perimeter of Yurt deck, to keep out unwanted critters from nesting.
Haha thank you! I really loved those crates, it was fun getting so stoked on them. Thanks for the tip, I'm not too worried about critters quite yet - I've got a dog that keeps them away. I may eventually but for now I'll see how I go. Thank you!
Btw, to tool you were using to strip bark is a draw knife very effective as long as they are kept sharp and well oiled, old tools still work well if they are cared for!😊
Another enjoyable video from my new favorite off grid gal. Always have a smile on my face watching this girl. Her 14 min video seems more like 4. Looking forward to number next video. Watch the foot lol. Good luck and thanks from your biggest fan!
Like the videos. To not run out of fire wood, you will need at least 2 more loads if not more. Fire 24 hours in the winter you want to make sure you don't run out especially if it snows. It will be to much work to move the logs in the snow. :)
Yes, I need so much fire wood. I've been collecting with my brothers and chainsaws but I need a good stash before the deep winter. Just work work work, I don't have the funds so I'm slowly collecting all over the property for now. Thanks for the tip!
Great video Molly I look forward to the next one to see what you come up with for your bed. As I was watching I was wondering if it is going to be a loft style so you can make use of some of the vertical space or if you are doing a more normal bed with storage underneath. I look forward to seeing what you and your brothers come up with. As always keep it up you are a badass! Glad to see you got a Moka pot also instead of the hobo French press. ☺
Nice job. For me I would have stacked the around the perimeter off the yurt/tent on the deck for a wind block and closer access plus less chance of running into a critter also
Good use of space putting the firewood under the deck. Looks like you are kind of at the top of the pinion/pine zone. If you come across some River Birch with dark-colored bark, you might be able to collect some loose, shredded bark and use it as fire starter. The camp looks good. Thanxx for posting.......
@@vitaholistic your a beautiful woman and I love your videos and sorry to say but it's true you have a beautiful sexy body. I mean this in a good way. Your beautiful and sexy. Hope you have a beautiful day I'm in Texas an would love to chat with you sometime.
Don't feel bad I flew mine into a telephone pole and it got stuck there. Although in my defence it was just my second time flying it. A cord of wood is 4x4x8 for reference. A level truck bed for an 8 foot bed is about half a cord. Not sure the price of a cord there and the type of wood you got but the average for hardwood starts at $150.00
Haha yea it was my first time and probably my last, was hoping to give you all some different style clips but idk i need to figure out how to fly it. Thanks on the advice for the wood.
You mentioned that you are in the high desert, it looks like southwest Colorado or northern New Mexico. Not to bum you out but for $100 it should have filled the back of your truck.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you're enjoying the journey, thanks for following along! I hope this next one is a bit longer :)
Coffee cans work awesome to store your TP to keep it dry and the rodents don’t chew it up. I enjoy watching your videos.
oooohhh love that tip - snatching it! Thanks!

Thank you, I appreciate you watching! The bed is finished and amazing haha - It'll be in an upcoming episode.
Good luck building your bed Molly
Haha thank you, I got the help from my brother and it's done thankfully!

Thanks! I'm doing work currently on the perimeter for drainage - I appreciate the tip!
Good morning Molly
Wow you are stunning molly
Thank you
Looking good. You might want to consider a french drain round your foundations, just in case.

A cord of wood in Maine costs around $290-320.
same here in Canada 4x4x8 cord
Those crates made with wafer boards will rot very quickly if they get wet. Just a heads up.

Raw dogging handling fire wood, with my luck would be full of splinters

نزلتة فيديو جديد موبايلي ♥️😃
I sorry to tell you but you got ripped off I wouldn't buy from them again sorry
Get yourself a chainsaw and a log splitter.
Thats the goal eventually but my funds are low so I am going primitive
