My son's 2006 has a really bad squeak, too. What was the solution? Was it the window crank? Use some WD-40 or silicone spray?

How to remove the Ford window crank -- thanks.
It shows in the video how to remove the crank. The cable that makes the window go up and down you have to take off the plastic and remove a few bolts.

You don't need to remove the crank knob. Just slide a flat screwdriver down the sides at the mount end and pop the cover off and let in dangle around the knob. Mine was a #25 torx bit to remove the screw.
Note to engineering, stop using every different kind of fastener on a common assembly. All these screws should be hex drive, torx drive, whatever, and preferably a common size.
My hand roller drivers window SQUEAKS all the Way Up/Down, I tried to spray wd40 but no change!
Do I need to take the whole door panel off?
There is a rail that the window goes up and down on. It probably needs a little bit of white lithium grease. Remove the door panel like shown in the video and add some white lithium grease to the rollers on the inside of the door. This should help you significantly. The window crank doesn’t have a little metal clip like how the old school ones did to remove it

Anyone can take a door panel off, the right way or hard way. Putting it back on... That can be a pain. Why? You forgot how you took it apart. An old fart.....
Left out the two bolts at the Bottom of the door. didn’t know they were there 😕😐
