1. Balochistan was militarily occupied by Pakistan in March 1948 against the will of the locals.
2. The Baloch resistance movement started from the very day of forcible occupation, led by Agha Abdul Karim Khan.
3. Baloch have been fighting against slavery and for the sovereignty of their homeland Balochistan since the first day of Occupation. They have fought five wars against Pakistan to regain the sovereign state of Balochistan, but Pakistan quelled those insurgencies with the help of China.
4. Balochistan is Pakistan’s largest province by area, provides 40% of Pakistan’s gas production, and contains significant natural resources, but it remains the country’s poorest.
5. The economic importance of Balochistan for the Chinese-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has only added to the enduring political issues between Balochistan and the national government.

In a significant and rare admission, the Pakistani government has acknowledged that Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Gilgit-Baltistan are foreign territories over which it has no jurisdiction. This statement was made by Pakistan’s Additional Attorney General during a hearing in the Islamabad High Court concerning the kidnapping case of Kashmiri poet Ahmed Farhad Shah. The court was informed that Shah, who had been abducted from his home in Rawalpindi by Pakistan’s intelligence agencies, was being held by police in PoK. The Additional Attorney General emphasized that PoK operates under its own constitution and judicial system, rendering Pakistani court judgments as foreign rulings within this region.

Some key points on how Pakistan occupied Kashmir:
1. At the time of the Partition of India in 1947, the British abandoned their suzerainty over the princely states, which were left with the options of joining India or Pakistan or remaining independent. Hari Singh, the maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir, wanted his state to remain independent. Muslims in the western districts of the Jammu province (current day Azad Kashmir) and in the Frontier Districts province (current day Gilgit-Baltistan) had wanted to join Pakistan.
2. Pakistan invaded Jammu and Kashmir in 1947 and captured a significant portion of it, which is now known as Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).
3. Following the 1949 cease-fire agreement with India, the government of Pakistan divided the northern and western parts of Kashmir that it controlled at the time of the cease-fire into two separately controlled political entities: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
4. Pakistan has divided PoK into two parts, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
5. PoK is an integral part of India, which was invaded by Pakistan in 1947.
5. The region is referred to by the United Nations and other international organizations as 'Pakistani-controlled Kashmir' (or Pakistan Administered Kashmir) and it was renamed as 'Pakistan occupied Jammu & Kashmir' by the Modi government.
6. The Karachi Agreement, which governs the rule of Pakistan over Gilgit-Baltistan, was signed between the president of Azad Kashmir, the Muslim Conference and a minister without portfolio from Pakistan, Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani.
7. POK comprises the so-called Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (earlier named as Northern Areas) and has remained an amorphous entity for six decades now.
Pakistan officially acknowledged that the regions of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Gilgit-Baltistan are not part of its sovereign territory. This significant political shift came after decades of contention and international pressure regarding the status of these areas. Historically, PoK and Gilgit-Baltistan have been administered by Pakistan but were never formally integrated as provinces due to the ongoing dispute over Kashmir with India. The acknowledgment was influenced by various factors, including the persistent demands from local populations for greater autonomy or integration into Pakistan proper, as well as international diplomatic efforts urging a resolution in line with United Nations resolutions. This move is seen as a step towards addressing long-standing regional tensions and could pave the way for more comprehensive peace negotiations involving all stakeholders, including India and China, who also have territorial claims in the region. The decision underscores the complex geopolitical dynamics at play and highlights the importance of adhering to international norms and agreements in resolving such disputes.

ये और कुछ नही pok देने का रिहर्सल है,ताकि कुछ हेंकड़ी बची रहे की भाई मेरा था नही तो कब तक कब्जायें रहे,आटा, दाल का सवाल खड़ा था,सर्वाइव हेतु वो जरूरी था न की कब्जाई बंजर जमीन,पीओके देने पर भारत आटा,दवाइयां आदि देने लगेगा।जीवन हेंकड़ी के साथ फिर चल निकलेगा नही तो चार टुकड़े तय है।
