Here in Germany people are used to going for walk everyday in nature, independent of the weather, either alone or with family or friends, main thing one find itself in motion. This maybe the main reason why the older population in this country is bigger than the young population. During my free time i try to visit some places near/nearest to my place of residence in order to relieve stress and at the same time to relax and enjoy😊😊
