I am currently a year 2 student at uni just got interested in it, I fell like there is a lot of mathematics involved for modelling and designing the algorithms. If I want to work in such field should I get a mechatronics degree or a math degree (operations research)
I'd say go with what you are most passionate about! Graduate students in Radhika's lab have all sorts of different backgrounds, from biology to computer science to mechanical engineering. Your curiosity and joy for your work is what will sustain you through your career, and you can always pick up any necessary skills through classes and mentorship. Best of luck with whatever path you make for yourself :)
Really interesting topic. The issue of artificial intelligence and mechanical life resonates with astrobiology. After all, alien life could be synthetic as well as biological.. A well made video too! 👍👍👍

considering Ukraine the first 40 seconds of this video would be a perfect segway to a horror movie.
