Great vid. The only feature that didn't wow me was the 'Calm' function (probably because it was mixed well to begin with). I loved all of the others - especially 'Thick', 'Clean', and 'Tape'. Cool all-in-one. You're mixes are so good, Rhys. From a newb's perspective, mixing is intimidating. If I didn't love it so much I'd be crushed under the weight of all the stuff I *don't* know. But hearing your mixes is inspiring. I appreciate the time and effort you put into your content.
Thanks Man! Yeah the calm is only good if it’s harsh and you need to chill it out. Yeah it’s easy to fall into imposter syndrome with mixing - one day you think you’re great at it the next you’re second guessing everything 😂 I’m glad that you feel inspired, it really should be something enjoyable in the end.
After shooting this one out with Klevgrand Grand Finale, I landed on the latter. It may not get as loud, but the sound shaping options are a few notches above this one and at less than half the price.
I was pleasantly surprised, usually all in one plugins cut corners etc, but this one does a pretty good job! Obviously if you feed it a mix that sounds decent in the first place it helps too - but that’s true for mastering in general 😁
Man, I'm binge watching your videos. You know your stuff. I would say you're probably the best resource on the youtubes for mixing / mastering. For me, anyway. Keep it up, and hope you get a billion subs. 👍
I suppose it probably offers similar capabilities - but it doesn’t sound the same - just like how the different limiter modes in ozone sound different etc. if you can do a trial, maybe compare and see what you think. I find that sometimes a different limiter works better on different mixes, so it’s always handy to have a few options available.
I just bought this because I saw your video and Unfortunately I must say I just wasted 144 dollars . I think my mastering chain does it better- I wish there is a way to get my money back😢

Use it at the end of your chain for the final touch, works really great ! And if you're not satisfied, I think you maybe have 14 days to get a refund.
