Let's sum up:
A man (the female lead's biological father and step-father of the ML) married against his will a woman (the hero's mother) but left her alone on their wedding night to return to see the woman he loved and conceive the FL. The rejected woman thus spent the night with another man out of spite, conceiving the ML whom she will make pass for the legitimate son of her husband.
The father, unable to communicate, will himself create a good part of the story's problems by bringing home, right after the death of his wife, his former lover without warning his son, causing misunderstandings. The son will accelerate the death of the mother of the Fl by his mean and violent attitude.
Then, after years of misunderstandings and hatred, he will eventually calm down and be with the FL. However, when he finds out the truth about his mother's wedding night, he decides to do this to the woman he loves. So to avenge his mother, he creates another victim like his mother. The twisted logic of this man is beyond me.
He therefore marries FL but abandons her on their wedding night to start a relationship with another woman whom he will bring home to live while demanding from FL that she not divorce and still do her "marital duty". And the father tries to push his daughter into the arms of her abuser several times.
Excuse me but where is the romance in there? I see a spoiled rotten kid, unable to discern right from wrong, reproducing the same circle of abuse he denounces. I see a husband insulting, cheating, mistreating, physically and emotionally abusing his wife. He would be my son, I would have denied him and taken his wife away from him forever.
Let's stop making this kind of toxic, disgusting, demeaning story with the woman who is mistreated in any way but is still the one who has to make efforts and compromises in the relationship.
Thanks! For featuring the summary of this Thai drama.The story is not wholesome to watch and the male lead actor is hateful to see. I only was curious how toxic the story was especially when Peat had his affair with another woman right in front of his wife Kiew. A very hurting and disgusting scene/situation.

At first, I loved watching k-drama, but then I suddenly saw myself watching C-drama. After that, I saw myself again watching J-Drama, However, I thought in the previous years that I couldn't imagine watching Thai drama yet here I am getting in love with Thai dramas.

Peat always truly loved kiew but because of him being drowned in hatred and revenge, he took it out on her even though he hated hurting her. He was just as hurt as she was. One of my all time favourite dramas!!
Yeah when he was pleasuring himself with his side hoe, it hurt him as well.
I love this lakorn! So excited for their new lakorn together, Praomook. His character was evil but he loved her truly, he just didn’t know what to do because he was upset and wanted revenge.

From what I see, its his fault because he acted like he didn't love her and looks like he always found a way to spite her. Don't get me wrong, I've never watched this, but the plot seems simple.
You're not wrong, it is his fault, really, but there is more to the drama than that which makes it such a good drama
It is his fault. But its kinda understandable (in drama logic) because he basically fell for her from the start - before she even noticed him - but then their parents messed up everything. If their parents hadn't been so stupid, these two would've been the sweetest thing. So even though he was very wrong, I couldn't hate him.
You're not wrong but it's not entirely his fault. His dad was forced to marry his mom (and at that time he already loves someone else) and on their wedding day his dad left his mom all alone to go see the girl's mom. That's why he left her on their wedding day, he wanted her to suffer as a revenge to his dad. He always loved her, but the urge to get revenge was somehow stronger
