I never would've thought it is so not important to have a decent pronunciation, IELTS, you are good. This is not just about the accent feature, but the reflection of a bad pronunciation(IPA, intonation, stress, and flow, etc). So, the criteria in the PRONUNCIATION would be, clear and understandable. Okay, but it does not demonstrate a good pronunciation at all, at least it is pathetic to me.
If compare with other candidates, she didn’t deserve band 8. I have B1-B2 level and I understood completely every word she said, however, watching other candidates who also got the same mark, i needed to look up in the dictionary after every second-third sentence, which means they used a lot of advanced vocabulary. As well, she used very simple grammar cuz I perceived everything immediately, whereas watching other candidates i had to press pause button and reread for 3-4 times to get idea or again use translator. She had very coherent and clear speech, but definitely not complex.
