What if the "cure" was actually something like a new personality that that creator inprisoned because it was too smart and evil and is just pretending to be a normal eclipse
I had a feeling he was the one who hit GC (Thats what I nicknamed solar before he even renamed himself so I had something to call him when eclipse wasn't dead plus solarflare cannot be replaced T-T) and that he led them to that room to help eclipse, and he was the one working on the thing to kill sun and moon even now, and I think most importantly he brought eclipse back because he does 'remind' eclipse that he lost his memories and doesn't know him!

I personally don't think that ruin is back 😭 i genuinely think what he is cured I know hes acting suspicious but he also probably insane or how some kind of physical disorder (not all of those mean crazy) from being trapped in his head for like- 50 years bc of the virus. (In his dimension it was 2041 and he got the virus in 2017/info) And when he says that he is sure there is no cameras he sounded relieved until he realized there was still something there, even his little "hello" didnt sound as threatening as it used to when he had a virus. He sounded almost nervous and on edge, paranoid even. So why may he be acting like this? Why can he still break the fourth wall? I feel like he can see things the others can't. He hasn't really done anything threatening and is genuinely trying to help them all, so i feel like that would be an good explanation. Also hust want to say im not saying your theory is wrong in any way and i do genuinely like this video and theory all together, and he did make a great villain, these are all my personal theories and head canons. Right now its hard to tell when there is no video that shows him on screen long enough to tell. And my theories are probably just me in denial that he is probably still a villain, i grew to love Ruin and he just became a comfort character for me now 😭
I just wanted to do the trend and Moon and Solar still don't fully trust him so I just thought it was a great idea for this. Also I love your theories on Ruin. Plus the VA's for this channel seem to like to break the fourth wall at times, mainly Davis.
