Overwintering Dwarf Cavendish Banana Tree

UPDATE: Sadly the banana tree did not survive. I think I actually suffocated it with too much wheat straw.
In this video, I detail how I am overwintering my dwarf Cavendish banana tree in zone 8A, central Alabama. I will do a followup video in the spring with the results.
