This is great advice. That said, I hated the overuse of ‘motivation’. Real learning should be a habit - just something you do every day as part of your life. But of course language will not sink into your brain if you are on robot mode when doing your tasks. Personally, I always keep more than one study source going, so if I find one app or whatever not working for me, I just switch. If my mind is really just resisting, I watch some youtube or a tv show in the language - as long as I’m doing something.

Just found your channel, fantastic. After being obsessed with Italian for 2.5 years, I am having difficulty being motivated to learn Japanese. Even continuing to learn Italian is hard. Been so unmotivated for 6 months. But, I will definitely figure it out.👍

El idioma español se vuelve fácil cuando hubieras aprendido francés. Los dos idiomas están en la misma familia latina. Tienen vocabulario casi mismo. (Pero hay falso amigos que tienes que tener cuidado.) La pronunciación del idioma español es más fácil que la pronunciación francés porque español tiene escritura fonética (aparte de la letra "rr" y "r" inicial porque se trinan). Las letras más difíciles para escribir de orejas son las letras b y v (pronunciadas como una letra del Alfabeto Fonético Internacional /β/). Pero, español es mucho más fácil que francés. ¡Buena suerte con el viaje español!
