1st) It can't be the sound system since you're listening to signal mixed for the broadcasting and not the signal mixed for the P.A. 2nd) the mix is pretty good taken in consideration that there is half an orchestra, choir, drums and a piano in an open air space and everything is in balance. The only thing that sucks is the compression of the audio in this video which could have been done a lot better.
